Strength Accessory - 3 sets of:

- DB lean-away lateral-raise x 8-12 p/s (2-3 RIR)

- Band push-down x 10-20 (2-3 RIR)

- Miniband side-plank clam-shell x 10-20 (2-3 RIR)


Short Intervals - 2x4 mins (20 on at RPE 8 / 10 off):

- Bike

- Sled-push / Rope slams

- Box Jumps (Alt: DB slams)

- Push-up to plank

*Switch every min

**3 mins rest between sets


Mobility cool-down - 2 rounds of:

  • Box breathing x 2-3 mins
