Sasha

Owner / Coach

Sasha is the owner of Aspire Strength Gym. He grew up playing various sports ranging from tennis, soccer and basketball. Always being the physically smaller and slower athlete, he has understood the necessity for Strength & Conditioning for sports and life. This has cultivated a strong passion for the field, specifically the role of mobility and functional movement in everyday life. He aims to offer the highest of standards in coaching by consistently learning, teaching and exhibiting best practice Strength & Conditioning.

  • Bachelor of Information Technology (Business Information Systems)

  • Certificate 3 & 4 in Personal Training

  • PICP Level 1 Certified

  • Mobility|WOD Movement & Mobility Specialist

  • Apply First Aid & CPR
