- Individual or 2 teams

- Stop the rower closest to 100m

- Losing team each round = Burpees x 5 alternating with hollow tuck x 10

- Winning team one of the following each round:

  1. Downward dog x 6

  2. Seated t-spine rotation x 8 p/s

  3. Pigeon pose hinge x 6 p/s
