Conditioning finisher - 2x6 rounds (30 on at RPE 8/10 off):
- Rope slams/Sled-row + push/Bike (Station 1)
- Side toss x 7 p/s + chest-pass x 7 + repeat (Station 2)
- Seated plate twist (Station 3)
*Switch station every round
**Rest 2.5 mins between sets
Mobility - 2 rounds of:
- Middle splits hold x 30 sec.
- Front-split hold x 30 sec. p/s
- Squat hold x 30 sec.
