Conditioning circuit 6 rounds - 4.5 mins per round:

- Landmine twist x 5 p/s + landmine split-jerk x 5 p/s

+ landmine lateral lunge x 5 p/s + hip flexor toe-touch x 5 p/s (Station 1)

- Counterbalance Kang squat x 5 + DB armbar x 5 p/s +

DB SL RDL x 5 p/s + linear/lateral hops x 20 ea. (Station 2)

- Row/Bike at RPE 5 or Block run (Station 3)

*Switch station every round

**Rest 1 min after 2 rounds
