Conditioning circuit 6 rounds - 3.5 mins per round:

- Hip-flexor toe-touch x 5 ea. + MB Russian twists x 12 p/s

+ MB sit-up toss x 12 + MB step-ups x 8 p/s (Station 1)

- Counterbalance kang squat x 5 + push-up t-spine rot. x 5 p/s +

in-place inch-worms x 5 + linear/lateral hops x 20 ea. (Station 2)

- Agility ladder/Row/Bike at RPE 5 (Station 3)

*Switch station every round

**Rest 1 min after 2 rounds
