+ DB Alt. Shoulder press x 8-12 p/s (0-2 RIR) + lateral lunge x 6 per side

2. Bike x 5 / 8 cal.

+ Tall-kneeling DB curl x 8-12 (0-2 RIR) + standing calf raise x 12-15

3. Run x 1st / 2nd tree (Alt: Sled-push)

Band face-pulls x 10-15


Mobility Cool-down:

- Band-supported leg-raise hold x 1 min p/s
