15 min EMOM of:

1. Ladder jump variations x 45 sec. at RPE 5

2. DB Z-press x 10-15

3. Bike x 45 sec. at RPE 5

4. Hollow band pull-down x 45 sec.

5. Row x 45 sec. at RPE 5


Accessory finisher - 2 sets of:

- SL DB calf-raise x 8-12 p/s

- Band push-downs x 10-20
