Thursday Strength Workout
Short intervals - 2 x 4 mins (10 on/10 off):
- Bike
- Tyre battle
- MB sit-up toss
- Rope slams / Sled-row + push
*2.5 mins between sets
**Switch exercise every min
Mobility - 1-2 rounds of:
- Dowel pull-overs x 8
- Front-split hold x 30 sec. p/s
- Side-lying band-resisted archers x 8 p/s
- Middle-splits hold x 30 sec.
