- KB Farmers walk x LZ / Prowler push

- MB sit-up x 10 + MB slam x 10

+ MB side toss x 10 total + MB OH toss x 10

- Rope slam x 30 / Bike

*3 mins rest between sets

**Switch exercises every set


Core finisher - 3 sets of:

- DB pull-through x10 p/s

- DB hammer curls x 10-12

- Cobra + downward dog x 20 sec. ea.
