1. Row x 5/10 cal + Push-to plank finish

2. Bike x 5/10 cal + DB slam finish

3. Skipping x 60 (Alt: Jumping jacks x 30) +

Seated plate twist to finish

4. Prowler push x 2 u/b + Rope slams to finish

5. MB ob. slam x 5 p/s + MB side-toss x 10 p/s

+ MB step-up to finish

*Rest 5 mins between sets


Mobility/Strength accessory: 2-3 rounds

- DB Lateral/Front raise x 10

-Barbell Calf raise x10
