1. Row x 5/10 cal + Shoulder tap plank to finish
2. Bike x 5/10 cal + Sledge-hammer finish
3. Suitcase Carry x LZ + Rope slams to finish
4. Prowler row + push
5. MB side-toss x 12 p/s + MB step-up to finish
6. DB Slam x 12 + DB twist to finish
*Rest 5 mins between sets
Core/Mobility - 3 sets of:
- Lateral Raise x 10-20
- Hollow Tucks x 10-20
- Standing Lat stretch x 30 sec.
