Conditioning: Partnered Work to Rest 2x5 rounds (2 min on/ 1 min off)

  1. Jog to 2nd Driveway/Doctors Office + Rope Slams or Skipping/Jumping Jacks

  2. Burpee x 8/10/12 + Bike

  3. KB Swing x 15/20 + Row

  4. DB Over Shoulder x 10/12 + Step-ups

  5. DB Snatch x 10 per side + Hollow tucks x 10 + Shoulder tap plank x 10 per side

*3 min rest between sets
