Long intervals - 2x5 rounds (60 on at RPE 9/60 off): 1. Row x 5/10 cal + Push-to plank finish 2. Bike x 5/10 cal + DB slam finish 3. Skipping x 60 (Alt: Jumping jacks x 30) + Seated plate twist to finish 4. Prowler push x 2 u/b + Rope slams to finish 5. MB ob. slam x 5 p/s + MB side-toss x 10 p/s + MB step-up to finish
*Rest 5 mins between sets
Core/Mobility - 3 sets of:
- Incline Y-Raise x 10-15
- Rack-supported reverse crunch x 10-20
- Pigeon stretch x 30 sec.
