Random interval length

1. Bike
2. MB Alternating Side Toss
3. Row
4. Sled TRX row to push
5. Box jump / Step-up
6. Sit-ups
7. Rope slams
8. Sprinter skip
Physical 100 Finisher:
Two teams
First team to 3 Cone flips (50 Burpee penalty)
THEN
Team one start with 150kg sled-push 1 lap
Team two must hold tyre off the ground whilst team one does sled-push (100 Burpee penalty if tyre touches the ground during sled-push)
ALSO
Bike x 100 cal.
15kg Deadball Box throw x 100
40kg DBell - 35kg DBell - 30kg DBell Carry x 5 reps each
