MB squat-toss x 5)

- Sled push x 2 u/b + Bike

- Sprinter skip x 8 p/s + Plank pull-through

- Skipping x 50 (Alt: Jumping jacks x 30) + KB swings

*Rest 5 mins between sets

**Switch station every round
