- Akimbo rope slams x 40 (If trio: Run + Rest station)
- Sled-push x 1 u/b (If trio: Bike + Rest station)
- DB/BB Split-jerk x 5 p/s (If trio: Two people at once + Rest station)

1. Bike x 60 sec. at RPE 6
2. Landmine anti-rotations x 12 p/s
