- Push-up to plank

- Row

- Box jump x 5 + Slider mountain climbers to finish

*2.5 mins rest between sets


Core strength - 3 sets of:

- DB Hollow skull crushers x 10-15

- Side-plank leg-raise x 10-20 p/s

- DB Incline rear-delt flye x 10-15
