4 rounds - 6 mins on at RPE 9/3.5 mins off:


1. Bike x 10 cal. + Push-up to plank x 10 p/s

2. Row x 1000m then Sled-push x 4 laps

+ Rope slams x 30

3. Run x Doctors office

+ (MB slam + MB chest-pass) x 8

4. Box jump x 5 + DB Snatches x 5 p/s

+ Plate seated twist x 10 p/s
