Conditioning - 24 mins - switch stations every 3 mins:

- Row x 8/12/15 cal. + Slider mountain climbers x 10 p/s

- MB slam x 10 + MB side toss x 10 p/s + MB chest-pass x 10 + MB sit-ups x 10 + MB Russian twists x 10 p/s

- Bike x 6/12/15 cal. / Street run + KB swing x 15

- DB snatches x 8 p/s + DB step-ups x 8 p/s + DB pull-through x 8 p/s

*Not continuous - rest after prescribed reps


Core strength - 3 sets of:

- Plank variation x 60 sec.

- Mini-band walks x 60 sec.

- Child's-pose x 60 sec.
