5. MB ob. slam x 5 p/s + MB side-toss x 10 p/s
+ MB step-up to finish

Core/Mobility - 3 sets of:
- Incline rear-delt fly x 10-20
- Rack-supported reverse crunch x 10-20
- Bar hang x 30 sec.
