Conditioning - Short Intervals

3 sets of 4 mins (15 on at RPE 8/ 15 off):

*3 mins rest between sets

**Switch every 2 rounds

Set 1

- Bike

- KB Swing

Set 2

- MB Lateral bound

- Sled-push

Set 3

- Row

- Alt. MB side toss


If time permits 2-3 sets of:

- Band-supported hollow hold x 45 sec.

- SL hip-thrust x 6-10 p/s
