Step-ups x Switch with partner
3. MB chest-pass x 10 + MB front-facing toss x 5 p/s
+ MB swing toss x 10 + Plate seated twist x 12 p/s
*Switch circuits every set
**3.5 mins rest between sets
Mobility finisher - 1 round
Glute roll x 45 sec. p/s (Ball or roller)
Pigeon stretch x 45 sec. p/s
