Conditioning - Threshold Intervals

3 sets of 6 mins at RPE 9 of:

1. Row or Bike

2. TRX Sled-pull + push x 3 u/b +

Step-ups x Switch with partner

3. MB chest-pass x 10 + MB front-facing toss x 5 p/s

+ MB swing toss x 10 + Plate seated twist x 12 p/s

*Switch circuits every set

**3.5 mins rest between sets


Mobility finisher - 1 round

  • Glute roll x 45 sec. p/s (Ball or roller)

  • Pigeon stretch x 45 sec. p/s

  • Childs-pose hold x 45 sec.
