1. Row (If needed: Double block-run)

2. Sled-push x 2 u/b + Bike x Switch with partner

3. Burpee x 5 + Plate G2OH x 10

+ Plate seated twist x 10 p/s

*Switch circuits every set

**3.5 mins rest between sets
