Strength Accessory - 2 sets of:

- KB Suitcase carry x LZ p/s

- Band curl x 15-20

- Calf-raise (Flat-ground) x 10-15


Threshold Intervals - 2 rounds (8 mins on at RPE 9/4 mins off):

1st round

4 mins: Row

4 mins: Ascending ladder Burpee x 1 + KB swing x 1

(Add one rep each round)

2nd round

4 mins: Bike

4 mins: Descending ladder Burpee + KB swing


Mobility cool-down - 2 rounds of:

  • Banded hamstring stretch x 30 sec. p/s

  • Banded adductor stretch x 30 sec. p/s

  • Banded cross-body stretch x 30 sec. p/s
