Threshold Intervals - 2 rounds (7 mins on at RPE 9-10/3.5 mins off):


1st round

3.5 mins: Row

3.5 mins: Ascending ladder BW reverse lunge x 1 p/s + DB slam x 1

(Add one rep each round)


2nd round

3.5 mins: Bike

3.5 mins: Descending ladder


Optional Strength Accessory - 2-3 sets of:

  • Plank x 45-60 sec.

  • Long-lever hip-lift x 6-12 p/s

  • Hanging x 30 sec.
