Every 3.5 mins for 5 sets:

- Deadlift x 3 reps (Start at 75%, keep 2-3 RIR)

- Bench-press x 4 reps (Start at 75%, keep 2 RIR)

 

3 sets of:

- DB incline-rows x 6-10 reps (2-3 RIR)

- DB/BB FFESS x 6-8 per side or Band-assisted elevated SL squat x 6-8 per side (2-3 RIR)

- Band Palloff press x 12 per side

*30 sec. rest between sets

 

Partnered conditioning finisher: 4 mins

Circuit 1: DB slams x 10 + Bike (Switch once DB slams are completed)

Circuit 2: SA KB Swings x 8 per side + Skipping/Slider mountain climbers

*Switch circuits after 2 mins
