Strength work - 4 sets of:

- DB row w/ 2 sec. lowering x 5-8 per side (1-2 RIR)

- Strict-press x 5-7 (1-2 RIR)

- Mobility filler: Spiderman switches x 5 per side

*30-45 sec. rest between exercises

 

Strength work - 4 sets of:

- DB reverse lunges x 5-7 per side (1-2 RIR)

- 10 sec. chin-up lowering x 3-4 reps (NTF) (Reg: Barbell feet-down or band-assisted or Pro: Weighted)

- Push-up x 7-10 (1-2 RIR) (Reg: Barbell Pro: Weighted)

*30-45 sec. rest between exercises

 

Conditioning finisher - Descending reps for time:

- Sprinter skip (Total) x 20 - 18 - 16 - 14 - 12

- Plate G2OH x 20 - 18 - 16 - 14 - 12
